On the 7th of the December was held a webinar on Data Spaces in Manufacturing organised by DG Connect and EFFRA. The webinar was the ideal occasion to get to know in more detail the recently launched open call for the deployment of data spaces in manufacturing, which closes the 24th of January 2023.
The EU funds the DATA SPACE 4.0 project to identify common principles for sharing manufacturing data at the EU level, set the pathway towards a common manufacturing data space and bring together a European community for data spaces 4.0.
Data spaces are getting closer and closer and the Digital Factory Alliance is participating in this work. On October 18, a meeting of the Data Spaces Support Centre was held in Valencia. The Digital Factory Alliance participated in the event through its new flagship initiative Data Space 4.0.
