Since the recent adoption of the Data Act and entry into force of the Data Governance Act by the EU, there is a widespread interest to understand the impact of this new regulatory framework, its risks and promises and to discuss implementation strategies. DFA and Data Space 4.0 were present to further debate stakeholder perspectives in legal, governance, business and ethical aspects while further promoting trust, sovereignty and interoperability for sectoral dataspaces in the EU.
