MONDRAGON #1 Multi Stage Zero Defect Manufacturing Railway Axles Production Line

The axle’s production line of Danobat Railway Services has been selected as the most representative multi stage zero defect manufacturing pilot demonstration for the QU4LITY platform. The best use of all the approaches, methodologies and technologies developed in the different WPs will be demonstrated on a realistic industrial environment process validating the objectives of the project: reduction of production costs (>10%) and reduction of waste and scrap (>10%).
