Machine vision system in quality control: Does it make sense from a profitability perspective?

To demonstrate the key elements of machine vision in terms of profitability impacts. Machine vision is applied to quality control in a plastic profile manufacturing line.
During the workshop, profitability calculations will be presented for a sample product in two different scenarios. In the first scenario, the company has no quality control, while in the second scenario, quality control is managed using a machine vision system.
